It is widely recognized that lighting fixture come in various sizes, featuring different wattage, dimensions, optics, and chip sizes. This often leads to noticeable color variations between lighting fixture, even when they share the same color temperature and color rendering index, and use LED chips from the same brand. Designers typically want to avoid this issue in their projects.

To address this, AMLUMEN has developed ColorMatch technology, ensuring that lighting fixture of different sizes, wattage, luminous surfaces, and optics deliver consistent light color performance.

ColorMatch technology is based on Dr. Luke Ma’s in-depth research into semiconductor materials. Through collaboration with EPSTAR and Mitsubishi of Japan, as well as continuous fine-tuning by engineering teams, and by integrating AMLUMEN’s existing VisualCode- visual color control technology, it has finally achieved the effect of producing the same visual color perception across LED chips with different emitting surfaces and various optical configurations. This represents yet another breakthrough in human-centered lighting technology and lays the technical foundation for high-end, comfortable lighting environments.
